The study highlights the benefits of AI coding tools, including faster coding, improved code quality, and increased job satisfaction. AI automates tedious tasks like code completion, testing, and debugging, allowing developers to focus on more complex and creative work. Studies suggest productivity gains of up to 55% with tools like GitHub Copilot.

Looking ahead, over 80% of respondents expect AI to handle a growing share of software development tasks within five years. A hybrid model of humans and AI is expected to become more prevalent, with AI augmenting human creativity rather than replacing developers.
