According to a report highlighted in Fortune, the entrepreneur began exploring new treatment options when conventional methods such as chemotherapy and surgery failed to stop the disease. Determined to find another solution, he used AI tools to analyze medical research and genetic data related to his dog’s cancer.
Using these AI tools along with genomic analysis, he worked with scientists to design a customized mRNA cancer vaccine tailored specifically to his dog’s tumor. Researchers sequenced the dog’s DNA and compared it with the tumor’s genetic mutations to identify the changes driving the cancer. Based on this analysis, the team created a personalized vaccine intended to trigger the immune system to attack the cancer cells.
