A training course on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Metaverse will be held on November 11, 2025, covering intellectual property issues and standards. The course is designed for in-house and private practice lawyers, patent, IP, trademarks or licensing counsel, business development managers, commercial managers and business executives, compliance officers, and board directors.
The course will provide a comprehensive understanding of AI and the Metaverse, including the latest technological developments and how they work. It will also cover the intellectual property issues that arise from their use, such as copyright and patent issues in the metaverse, and the principles driving AI standards and regulations.
Participants will learn about the implications of using AI-generated content, UK and EU AI legislation, regulation and case law, and the commercialization of the Metaverse for their business. The course includes a workshop session where delegates will negotiate an IP clause from a fact pattern involving AI and Metaverse issues.
