IIT Delhi has partnered with Roinet to develop artificial intelligence (AI)-driven financial services for small businesses and communities. This three-year collaboration aims to improve financial access for underserved communities and small businesses by integrating AI and machine learning into financial services.
The partnership will focus on developing several key technologies, including AI-driven underwriting systems for lending, intelligent travel and ticketing platforms, automated grievance redressal chatbots, and advanced audio/video communication platforms.
Roinet will contribute to product development, infrastructure, financial support, and market strategies, while IIT Delhi will provide expertise in AI and machine learning. This collaboration is expected to advance AI applications in financial inclusion and strengthen ties between industry and academia.
