Iran Trolls Trump With AI-Generated Lego Propaganda Video

Iran has released a controversial AI-generated propaganda video using Lego-style animation to mock former U.S. President Donald Trump during rising tensions between the United States and Iran. The short video, broadcast on Iranian state media, uses toy-like characters to portray geopolitical events and criticize U.S. military actions. The clip is part of a wider information battle online, where both sides are increasingly using digital media and AI-generated content to influence public opinion.

The two-minute animation shows Lego-style figures representing Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and even a character symbolizing the Devil. In the video, Trump becomes angry while looking at a file labeled “Epstein file” and presses a red button that launches a missile toward Iran. The scene references allegations surrounding a deadly missile strike on a girls’ school in the Iranian city of Minab, which reportedly killed more than 150 people.

After depicting the attack, the video shifts to scenes of destruction in a classroom, including children’s belongings left in rubble. It then portrays Iran retaliating with missile strikes on several regional and Western targets. The dramatic narrative ends with imagery meant to honor those described as “martyrs” and to emphasize Iranian resistance against the United States and its allies.

The video highlights how AI-generated media and digital propaganda are becoming tools in modern geopolitical conflicts. Analysts say the use of stylized animation, memes, and AI visuals allows governments to spread political messaging quickly across social media. As the information war between nations intensifies, these types of AI-driven propaganda campaigns are likely to become more common.
