The partnerships are built around OpenAI’s new Frontier platform, which aims to help companies integrate AI agents into core business operations such as software development, customer support, and sales workflows.
The initiative, called the “Frontier Alliance,” pairs OpenAI’s forward-deployed engineering teams with consultants from the partner firms to train staff, embed AI solutions, and support implementation across complex corporate systems. This approach is designed to overcome common barriers enterprises face when trying to scale AI — like fragmented data, siloed systems, and the gap between isolated pilot projects and organisation-wide adoption.
OpenAI’s emphasis on consulting collaboration reflects a broader shift in enterprise AI: simply having powerful AI models is no longer enough to create transformation on its own.
