Through features like ChatGPT's Study mode, learners can practice their skills, get quick feedback, and simulate real-world scenarios.
OpenAI's CEO of Applications, Fidji Simo, highlights the economic benefits of AI skills, stating that workers with AI expertise are more valuable, productive, and usually earn better salaries. The certifications will cover different levels of AI knowledge, from everyday workplace applications to specialized areas like prompt engineering.
OpenAI will create a Jobs Platform that uses AI to assess the abilities of certified workers and recommend them opportunities that match their skills, experience, and interests. This platform aims to connect certified workers with employers, reducing the mismatch between job seekers and employers.
